Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KMJE Investments Ltd. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
