Qualifications and Competencies

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills, with experience in a healthcare setting an asset.
