- Lead Digital Acquisition Teams: Supervise internal specialists and agencies to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of digital acquisition strategies.
- Identify New Opportunities: Continuously identify new opportunities for engaging potential learners via paid and social media, and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Enhance Website Visibility: Develop SEO strategies to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Manage Customer Data Platform: Oversee the Customer Data Platform (CDP) for personalized acquisition campaigns, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
- Optimize Digital Marketing Budget: Manage the digital marketing budget to maximize return on investment across all digital channels.
- Foster a Culture of Innovation: Encourage a culture of innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies, and promoting continuous learning and testing within the team.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate strategically with other teams to produce cohesive marketing campaigns and ensure all digital marketing efforts adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Professional Proficiency in English
- Experience in Digital Acquisition Strategy: Proven experience in developing and implementing a strategic vision for digital acquisition that aligns with business objectives.
- Leadership Experience: Experience supervising internal specialists and agencies to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of digital acquisition strategies.
