We are seeking a skilled House Painter to join our team at Quintessential Painting. As a House Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Repair and Finishing: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Equipment Operation: Operate side-boom equipment and conventional spray painting equipment.
- Work Environment: Work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings, and climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the painting industry.
- Physical Demands: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Reliability, team player, excellent oral communication skills, and efficiency.
