Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at GP Pacific Contracting. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, supervising workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
  2. Train and develop construction staff, including new hires and existing employees.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  4. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
