- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to identify potential risks and develop recommendations for mitigation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on risk management best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AML and/or risk management disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge of Canadian banking and wealth management functions, procedures, products, and policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
