Job Title: Plumber

EPCM is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Estimate costs and materials.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Work Environment:

The Plumber will work in various locations, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential settings. The work environment will be physically demanding, requiring the ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
