About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Suncor Base Plant in Fort McMurray, Alberta. As a key member of our Inventory Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update inventory data in our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Scan documents and print files as needed to support data entry
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Management Team to resolve data discrepancies and improve system efficiency
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track important inventory information

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite programs, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, document control, or inventory management capacity
