Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Suncor Base Plant in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

About the Role:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry
  • Scanning documents and printing files as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Coordinating transfers and cross-referencing data/documents
  • Accurately updating inventory data in our system
  • Managing spreadsheets to track important information
  • Exporting and importing data using Microsoft Office and Excel

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite programs, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, document control, or inventory management capacity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes

Working Conditions:

Education/Training:
