Position Overview: As a Pro Paint Specialist at Behr, you will embody an approachable and organized demeanor, demonstrating a genuine interest in assisting our clientele. Basic computer proficiency is essential for utilizing our customer management software effectively. Your outgoing personality and positive attitude will facilitate engaging conversations with customers, while your self-starter mentality will empower you to proactively assist wherever necessary. No prior experience in paint or sales is required, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge needed to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: In your role, you will be stationed within a Home Depot store, serving as a sales specialist focused on the unique requirements of professional painting contractors. Building and nurturing relationships with local professionals will be a primary focus, ensuring they receive exceptional service and quality products from Behr.
- Collaboration: You will work in tandem with the Pro Desk staff and Behr's outside sales representatives to meet the needs of our customers. This includes assisting contractors with their orders, mixing paint, and providing necessary tools, all while ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Lead Management: Utilize Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool, to log new leads and contacts. While training will be provided, any prior computer knowledge will be beneficial.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in French is preferred, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
