Job Title: Pro Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pro Sales Associate to join our team at Behr Paint Company. As a Pro Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to professional painting contractors and their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and form relationships with local pros who rely on Behr for excellent products and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with outside sales reps to take care of customers when they come into the store, including pulling and tinting orders for pick up.
  • Work closely with the Home Depot staff to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Enter all new leads and contacts into Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool.
Requirements:
  • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills to use our customer management software.
  • Bilingual is a bonus, but not required.
