Job Responsibilities
Role: Mobile Patrol Supervisor
Location: Healthcare Facility
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Compensation: $17.50/hr
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting proactive and reactive security patrols, responding to incidents as they arise. You will be tasked with documenting occurrences and investigating routine incidents, as well as swiftly addressing emergency situations.
Exceptional customer service skills are essential, particularly when interacting with individuals experiencing stress or requiring medical assistance. Physical fitness is crucial, as the role involves standing and walking for extended periods.
Your duties will include operating a marked company vehicle to patrol the facility grounds and respond to all incidents occurring on the premises.
Qualifications:
- Valid G or G2 Class Driver's Licence with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Driver abstract required, with no more than 2 minor infractions, no major offenses, and a maximum of 6 demerits within the last three years
- Familiarity with the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- High School Diploma or GED
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Valid Ontario Security Licence
Required Training:
- Paladin's Driver's Licence Course
- Mental Health Awareness
- Supervisor Training Modules 1-3
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, and a Valid Ontario Security License are mandatory.
