Mobile Patrol Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Patrol Supervisor to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our mobile patrol services.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage mobile patrol teams to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
- Oversee payroll and personnel management for mobile operatives
- Conduct interviews and hiring processes for new mobile operatives
- Review and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement procedures and policies for mobile operations
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid security guard license and first aid card
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- Clean criminal record
- Eligibility to work in Canada
