Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the team, you will handle a large number of files through the litigation process, both independently and as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling liability, financial, and medical investigations
  • Working on all aspects of a case, including liability, financial, and medical investigations
  • Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3+ years' post-call experience and demonstrated knowledge and interest in personal injury law. Additionally, you must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
