Personal Injury Law Firm Seeks Experienced Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. Our client is a highly regarded personal injury law firm based in Brampton, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' post-call experience and demonstrated knowledge and interest in personal injury law. They will be responsible for handling a large number of files through the litigation process, both independently and as a member of the team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work on all aspects of a case, including liability, financial, and medical investigations.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

We are looking for a self-starter with an outstanding academic record and highly developed communication skills to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a large number of files through the litigation process
  • Work on all aspects of a case, including liability, financial, and medical investigations
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' post-call experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in personal injury law
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
