Job Title: Excel Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Excel Trainer to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. As an Excel Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to our clients, enabling them to achieve and sustain project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs assessments
  • Design, adapt, and tailor training material content to client needs
  • Manage and deliver training sessions to client managers and front-line supervisors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs to various management levels across North American industries
  • Strong and demonstrable one-on-one coaching skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, communication, or leadership development
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Proven ability to design and deliver customized training material based on individual and group needs assessments
  • Fluency in a second language (French)
  • Valid driver's license and valid passport (American or Canadian)
