Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and required materials for projects
  • Utilize CADD and other software systems effectively
  • Prepare and submit bids for projects
  • Provide training or coordinate training sessions for staff
  • Schedule and manage daily activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Set up and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Supervise a team of 16-20 employees
Industry Experience
  • Experience in custom machining and manufacturing of metal products is preferred.
