Senior Consultant Retirement Opportunity

Aon is seeking a seasoned actuarial leader to join our Canada Wealth Solutions Practice as a Senior Consultant. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Saskatoon or Winnipeg office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead client relationships for small to medium-sized accounts, providing strong support on large clients.
  2. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to understand all projects involved and ensure all needs are being met and on schedule.
  3. Work on larger, more complex projects with little oversight, taking responsibility for the results, including explanations, presentations, and impacts.
  4. Develop and participate in effective oral presentations, both individually and in collaboration with team members.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of experience in pension plan consulting or a related field.
  2. Written and oral communication skills (English).
  3. Well-versed in organizational, project management, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
  4. Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  5. A Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another equivalent degree.
  6. Partially qualified actuary (ASA/ACIA) required, fully qualified actuary (FSA/FCIA) desired.
