About the Role

EXP is seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Mechanical Technologist to join our Fredericton office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating contract documents, working independently, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team on exciting projects.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and coordinate contract documents, working independently and with the project manager, engineer, architects, and other technical staff.
  • Complete technical drawings in Revit, utilizing your knowledge of building systems and detailing.
  • Collaborate with our team to produce working drawings and 3D models of mechanical designs for innovative projects.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Mechanical Technologist.
  • Graduation from a Mechanical Engineering Technology program accredited by the Canadian Technology Accreditation Board/Technology Accreditations Canada.
  • Eligibility for membership by NBSCETT, the certifying organization for Engineering/Applied Science Technicians and Technologists in New Brunswick.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, with strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to meeting project deadlines and working efficiently, with exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently.
