About the Role

EXP is seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Mechanical Technologist to join our Fredericton office. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from building systems and detailing to contract document development and checking.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and coordinate contract documents and perform document checking.
  • Work collaboratively with the project manager, engineer, architects, and other technical staff to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Complete technical drawings in Revit.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Mechanical Technologist.
  • Graduation from a Mechanical Engineering Technology program accredited by the Canadian Technology Accreditation Board/Technology Accreditations Canada.
  • Eligibility for membership by NBSCETT, the certifying organization for Engineering/Applied Science Technicians and Technologists in New Brunswick.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
  • Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to meeting project deadlines and working efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently.
