Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at MV Castillo Painting Corporation. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of buildings, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Work Environment

Our Construction Labourer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working at heights. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, be physically demanding, and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Ability to work in a team environment
