Math and Science Tutor-Teacher Opportunity

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a part-time math and science tutor-teacher to join our team. As an Interactive Coach, you will work directly with students to help them develop their math and science skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach math and science to students at different levels
  • Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Filling in post-lesson notes and daily student communication updates
  • Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 9-12 math and science curriculum

Job Type: Part-time

Salary Range: $17 - $18 / hour
