Math and Science Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time math and science teacher/tutor at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about mathematics and science to work with students of various skill levels and help them achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach math and science to high school students in a one-on-one setting
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve teaching skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or a related field
  • Teaching certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of high school math and science curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
