As a Senior IT Specialist, Infrastructure (Identity), you will play a critical role in supporting the IT backbone of our company by tackling modern IT challenges to elevate the business and grow your skills. Your knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including IBM iSIM, EntraID, and Active Directory, will ensure the successful resolution of technical issues in the identity and access management environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform security risk, vulnerability assessments, and business impact analysis and provide guidance on the application and operation of security controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating, configuring, and maintaining identity systems, software, and equipment, creating reports and proposals for improvement, and assisting in the planning and implementation of new installations.
  • Configure tools to automate provisioning, testing, and development of new and changed infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IBM Security Directory Integrator and the JavaScript programming language.
  • Experience automating repeatable tasks using other common scripting languages.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • The ability to provide on-call technical support and the ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
