Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve client service issues efficiently, utilizing sound judgment and courtesy.
  • Assist clients with trading platform operation and features.
  • Analyze and test existing systems and procedures, recommending enhancements as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address common issues.
Qualifications
  • Strong product knowledge in Equities, Options, Futures, Options on Futures, FX, and Fixed Income.
  • Self-starter with a highly analytical and critical-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to handle stress and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
