Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement new and/or improved regional & global projects, ensuring flawless execution of new products.
  2. Execute all critical steps to complete the Technology Transfer process, ensuring timely completion.
  3. Support the follow-up of agreed-upon project timelines to ensure timely completion.
  4. Validate alternative suppliers and raw materials, and support FTG projects.
  5. Update formulation databases, perform pilot laboratory and EMO trials of new projects.
  6. Collaborate with various groups, including Packaging Development, Division and Subsidiary Marketing, Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Quality to achieve desired goals.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering field, with an MBA being a plus.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and/or related technical experience.
  3. Fluency in English.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
  5. Strong organizational, analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and follow-up skills with attention to details.
