We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of President and CEO at Great Lakes College of Science and Technology. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Vision
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive business growth and expansion
- Provide leadership and direction to senior management and staff
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the college, including finance, human resources, and facilities management
- Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments as necessary
- Financial Management
- Develop and manage the college's budget and financial plans
- Ensure the effective management of financial resources, including investments and fundraising
- Monitor and report on financial performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, including industry partners, government agencies, and other educational institutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Represent the college at external events and conferences
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, education, or a related field
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a higher education setting
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
- Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
