Deli Food Service Associate

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and merchandising deli food, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and merchandise deli food, including slicing meats, cheeses, and other products.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli department and surrounding areas.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols and inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment an asset.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
