Assistant Store Manager

At Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., we're passionate about empowering beauty professionals to succeed. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in all areas, including sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, budget control, and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
  • Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
  • Passion for all things hair and beauty.
