Position Title: Pest Control Specialist

About the Role

Mainstreet Equity Corporation, a leading real estate investment company, is seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing pest control services to our residential multi-family properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect buildings and outside areas to identify infestation sources
  • Determine the type of treatment required and assist in preparing and spraying chemical mixtures
  • Fumigate apartments and place traps as needed
  • Advise managers and tenants on pest prevention methods
  • Document all work and submit reports according to company policy

Requirements

  • Provincial pesticide applicator license
  • Previous experience in pest control or a related field
  • Knowledge of common pests and their behaviors
  • Proficiency in using power tools and machinery
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to pass a security clearance
