Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Octo Mechanical Inc.

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Willingness to relocate for this position
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows proficiency
  • Experience with MS Office
Work Environment

The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
