Position Overview

As a Fleet Dispatcher at Thunder Transport Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trucking services. Your responsibilities will include managing logistics and facilitating communication between various transport units.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs for all operations.
  • Provide guidance to vehicle operators regarding traffic conditions and other relevant issues.
  • Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to coordinate logistics.
  • Dispatch personnel as necessary in response to emergency situations.
  • Follow up on work order issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Possess a solid understanding of highway trucking regulations and associated compliance requirements.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
