Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales, ensuring that our inventory is always up to date and that we are able to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, ensuring that we are meeting our business objectives and complying with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
