Join Our Team as an Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Warehouse One - The Jean Store. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model outstanding customer service and lead by example to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Take ownership of store sales performance and operations, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and meet sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Participate in store housekeeping and visual displays to ensure a clean and visually appealing store environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move merchandise
