Assistant Store Manager Job Description

At Warehouse One, we're looking for an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model outstanding customer service and coach team members to do the same
  • Take ownership of store sales performance and operations
  • Manage store operations, including assigning and following up on tasks, performing store opening and closing duties, and scheduling for the store
  • Ensure the store looks great for our customers by participating in store housekeeping and visual displays
  • Lead by example and motivate, train, and coach others to success
