Marketing Strategist

Clark's Harbour Seafood Limited is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to enhance our market presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background and relevant experience in marketing.

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role

• Conduct thorough analysis of market research data to inform strategic business decisions.
• Execute economic and commercial surveys to pinpoint potential markets for our seafood products.
• Formulate effective communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee the marketing initiatives of the organization.
• Guide the marketing team in gathering essential data and conducting research.
• Establish and manage distribution channels for our products.
• Assess the organization's online presence and digital marketing strategies.
• Review and enhance written materials, including website content and promotional literature.
• Promote events, workshops, and fundraising activities through effective public relations.
• Supervise the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve marketing objectives.
• Manage contracts and vendor relationships.
• Plan and oversee budget allocations and expenditures related to marketing activities.
• Direct and evaluate advertising campaigns aimed at boosting product sales.
• Assist in the development of brochures, newsletters, and other marketing documents.
• Coordinate special promotional events and publicity campaigns.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
