Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market research data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Perform economic and commercial surveys to pinpoint potential markets for our seafood products.
  • Formulate effective communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead the marketing initiatives of the organization.
  • Guide the team in gathering essential information and conducting research.
  • Establish and manage distribution channels for our products.
  • Assess the organization's online presence and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for our website.
  • Promote events, workshops, and fundraising activities to raise awareness.
  • Review and refine written materials including reports and press releases.
  • Design and develop promotional materials to support marketing efforts.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate marketing staff.
  • Manage contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Plan and oversee budget allocations and expenditures.
