Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Conduct evaluations of daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor financial performance to manage labor costs effectively.
  • Organize and oversee daily operational activities.
  • Recruit and train new staff members.
  • Establish work schedules for team members.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize inventory efficiently.
  • Uphold health and safety standards within the establishment.
  • Coordinate and manage special events.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
