Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet demand.
Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
Reporting and Record KeepingPrepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
Work EnvironmentAs a Food Service Supervisor at Roots Modern Health Food, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role
