GENERAL FUNCTION
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in driving the store's sales and profitability while achieving patient care goals through effective personal selling and management of team members. This position ensures that the store meets all operational, sales, and merchandising targets while exemplifying our commitment to outstanding patient care and customer service.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees store operations and management.
- Monitors tasks to ensure sound operational practices.
- Empowers team members to make informed decisions.
- Drives performance by instilling a sense of urgency and resolving issues promptly.
- Facilitates change by collaborating with team members.
- Leads partnerships and co-planning efforts.
- Ensures the store consistently meets corporate expectations for sales, merchandising, customer service, and operations.
- Contributes to achieving goals through personal sales and customer interactions as needed.
- Ensures team members are well-trained and skilled in their roles.
- Monitors store performance to ensure team members meet expectations; takes immediate action to address any deficiencies.
- Fosters teamwork among associates to achieve corporate objectives.
- Recruits and hires high-quality sales associates to maintain adequate staffing.
- Coaches and develops team members for promotional opportunities and growth.
- Ensures compliance with all HR policies and legal regulations.
- Utilizes regional and corporate HR resources to address issues as necessary.
- Creates a positive, diverse, and respectful work environment for all employees.
BASIC (REQUIRED) QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
- Licensure as required by state or local regulations.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build relationships in a dynamic setting.
- Capability to motivate a diverse team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills across various situations.
- Ability to implement solutions decisively.
- Strong organizational skills for planning and monitoring progress.
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze financial reports effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for managing teams.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and sales.
- Physical ability to remain active throughout the day.
- Must demonstrate physical agility for handling merchandise.

Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, experience, qualifications, and skills.
