Both facilities offer 24/7 emergency departments and a variety of ambulatory, laboratory, and diagnostic imaging services. As a member of our team, you will be self-directed, provide expert evidence-based clinical care, demonstrate leadership, and be a team player. Our high-functioning team is a supportive and engaging group, offering opportunities for mentorship, education, and research. Family All Ages NP licensure is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of comprehensive health services to individuals across their lifespan.
- Integrate clinical skills associated with nursing and medicine to assess, diagnose, order, and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe treatment, and perform procedures to manage and meet the health needs of patients.
- Utilize advanced practice nursing competencies related to Clinical Practice, Leadership and Optimizing Health Systems, Education, and Research to increase care quality, promote appropriate use of health services, and inform and influence healthcare systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program and a minimum of master's degree.
- Registration with CRNA on the Nurse Practitioner Registrar including Provisional Graduate Nurse Practitioner licensure.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Application & knowledge of current research, with ongoing interest in research-based care.
- Experience in a wide range of assessment, treatment & therapeutic interventions, health promotion, diagnostic procedures & follow-up care in the community.
- Completion of ACLS & one or more of: PALS, TNCC, ITLS & NRP.
