Senior Experience Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our team at Engine Digital. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the studio. You'll work closely with our clients to develop project briefs, lead user and market research, and create innovative digital experiences that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and objectives
  • Lead the development of project briefs and research plans
  • Conduct user and market research to inform design decisions
  • Lead concepting and ideation sessions to create innovative digital experiences
  • Develop and present personas, user journeys, and prototypes to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth and development of the design team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading strategy engagements in an agency or consultancy environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and expertise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
  • Familiarity with business models and value cases, digital ecosystems, and technologies
  • Knowledge of usability, accessibility, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing
