This position may require working in multiple locations, adapting to different settings as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors, hallways, and stairs.
- Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove dirt, debris, and refuse.
- Manage waste disposal by emptying trash cans and other containers.
- Ensure windows, interior walls, and ceilings are washed and maintained.
- Disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to uphold hygiene standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina is required for demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Must be capable of lifting weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
