About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at PROARK CORPORATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our project managers, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of projects, including developing project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential issues.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction company or a related industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
