Job Summary:

The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
  • Client focus, flexibility, and team player skills
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
