As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee operational logistics of the organization
* Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
* Maintain work records and logs
* Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
* Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
* Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
* Co-ordinate, assign and review work
* Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations
* Keep track of shipments
* Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
* Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
* Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
* Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
* Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Efficient interpersonal skills
* Analytical
* Fast-paced environment
* Work under pressure
* Attention to detail
