Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting our quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ingredients and supplies, to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other financial metrics, to help inform business decisions.
- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
