Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
