Poste : Analyste comptable

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Analyste comptable pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique au sein de Richelieu Hardware.

Le rôle de l'Analyste comptable consiste à soutenir le département de comptabilité ainsi que l'adjointe au contrôleur corporatif dans la préparation des états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels. En tant que membre clé de l'équipe, vous participerez à l'élaboration de diverses analyses qui aideront les équipes de direction et opérationnelles dans leurs décisions financières.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Élaborer des conciliations de comptes de grand livre et produire des analyses financières sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle, tout en expliquant les écarts observés.
  • Participer aux tests de contrôle des processus opérationnels requis par la législation pour les sociétés publiques, en collaboration avec d'autres membres de l'équipe.
  • Vérifier les balances de vérification mensuelles et les comptes spécifiques de certaines divisions utilisant des systèmes comptables distincts.
  • Contribuer au processus d'intégration des nouvelles acquisitions.
  • Répondre aux interrogations des équipes de gestion et opérationnelles concernant les analyses produites et les états financiers internes.
  • Effectuer le suivi et la vérification des contrôles relatifs à la marge brute et aux inventaires pour certains centres de distribution.
  • Assurer le suivi des éléments à analyser en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Produire, vérifier et comptabiliser les écritures de régularisation nécessaires.
  • Analyser et comptabiliser les dépenses spécifiques tout en veillant à l'application des contrôles internes.
  • Accomplir d'autres tâches connexes à la demande de la direction.

Exigences :

  • Titulaire d'un Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou d'une combinaison de certificats et d'expérience pertinente.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité et en clôture de mois dans une grande entreprise.
  • Expérience avec un outil ERP tel qu'Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office.
  • Bilinguisme requis (écrit et oral).
