Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve specialty drinks, teas, and other beverages to our customers.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Operate a register/POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Count, organize, and balance cash drawers, fill out cashier slips, and make deposits as needed.
- Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including setting up and breaking down coffee bars, stations, or stores.
- Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments as required.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a barista preferred.
- Basic math and counting skills required.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to follow required dress code and communicate in English.
